I can't say enough good things about my experience with BOLLA Books! My representative, April was so kind and thorough. She explained every step of the process along the way. She even assisted me with converti ng my book pages and cover from paperback to hardcover. Instead of having the book proofs mailed to me I asked if they could take a short video of each sample for me to view instead, and it worked like a charm. T his made the process much simpler and allowed me to receive my order much more quickly and saved me a lot of money on shipping costs. I ordered 500 hardcover books in total. (100 copies of 5 different book titles). The quality is fantastic and I received my books two weeks sooner than anticipated. They were well packed, and not a single book was damaged. This company is very helpful and professional. I did a lot of research prior to ordering, and I am so happy with the end result. I will be ordering from them again in the future - I highly recommend!

Quality: The quality was absolutely amazing. I got 200 books, 100 hardback and 100 softcover and they al I turned out identical. Colors were great, crisp edges, good binding, paper was high quality, looked exactly like what I sent them, etc. They were easy to work with and they give you a product you can feel confident in. Any books I need printed I will definetly be using this company.

quality of the internal pages and cover are great, internal pages are thicker than expected, which I'm very happy about. the image colours are much more vibrant than another sample is received elsewhere. very happy with communication with Daisy, every aspect of the ordering process was easy, prompt, with extremely consistent communication.

Quality: I Loved the quality of these books! Service: They worked with me extensively to ensure I got exactly what I wanted! I really love how my coloring books came out. The shipping took about a month, but that's what I expected. The packages came well packaged with bubble wrap, so I didn't have bent corners like I've had with other places. We ordered some custom made notebooks after we couldn't find the design we were looking for elsewhere. Spiral bound on the top with a coloured board on the front and back, to say were were impressed would bean understatement. They delivered on price, quality and customer service, if we ever need any more printed products i dont think we will use anyone else! Only query would be the delivery time but that is to be expected from somewhere as far as China!
